3、When the steel wire corrosion or wear of the surface layer of the wire rope reaches 40% of the surface of the original wire diameter, the corresponding measures should be considered.
4、If the wire rope has significant internal corrosion, it needs to be evaluated.
5、When the diameter of the wire rope is reduced by 7%, attention should be paid to it.
6、When the steel wire rope and aluminum alloy joint parts crack or slip deformation; The insertion part of the braiding wire rope is seriously pulled out; When there is displacement at the connection between the anchor and the wire rope, it should be dealt with in time.
7、If the surface of the wire rope is worn or corroded, and there is a certain number of broken wires, the number of broken wires shall be determined by multiplying the reduction factor specified in item 1 or Item 2. When the wear or corrosion rate is 10%, 15%, 20%, 30%-40%, respectively, the reduction coefficient corresponds to 85%, 75%, 70%, 60%, 50%.
8、The whole strand of broken or burned wire rope should be replaced in time.
9、When the elongation of the local outer wire rope is "cage" shape or the diameter of the wire rope fiber core increases seriously, it needs to be checked and treated.
10、The corresponding measures should be taken when the rope has serious deformation such as kink, dead Angle, hard bending, plastic deformation, hemp core out, etc.
